I am really disappointed with the service given by Rio. I have prebooked for high floor strip view room and while checking in they gave me 8th floor room. This is very disappointing service

At check-in, a security deposit was charged to my card for incidental expenses. I did not charge anything to my room, and I have already checked out. However, I have not yet received the refund or release of my security deposit. Could you please verify the status of my security deposit and let me know if it has already been released?
