Dear Guest Services, I hope you are doing well. I stayed at Paris Las Vegas from May 23 to May 26, 2026. My room was fully prepaid through Hotels.com. At check-in, a security deposit was charged to my card for incidental expenses. I did not charge anything to my room, and I have already checked out. However, I have not yet received the refund or release of my security deposit. Could you please verify the status of my security deposit and let me know if it has already been released?
