Dear Paris Las Vegas team, Hope that you are doing great. A couple weeks ago I stood at your Hotel and everything was wonderful, from the staff, the room and the atmosphere, 5 star. As part of the reservation a $50 dollar deposit per night was made, our stay was from Saturday Mayo 30 to Wednesday June 3rd, which made a total of $200 dollar. Up to date I have not received the refund and I will like to know of there anything missing from our side to be able to receive it. This procedure and deposit were also made for the reservation under Israel Zamora's name so there is a total of $400 pending. Thanks for your support. Kind regards, Carlos Zamora

I was notified that my company UAL paid you $33.94 on the 11th for the room with their company credit card but when I checked in on your online computer when I arrived it asked me for credit card too n then I received charge of $60 plus on my card after I cked out on 12th on tv monitor?

I am unable to join Caesars rewards because we live in Missouri and I get an error. Can we please get early check in on Wednesday (flight arrives at 11:07am) and late check out on Saturday (flight leaves at 6:25pm)?
