    Hi Kapil, Do you still have two charges on your account? You will not see a refund of +$50, however the authorization charge from check-in was released at check-out, and there should only be one charge for your resort fees and any incidental fees. Can you clarify what you see on your account?

    Hold is released by the hotel immediately at time of check-out. It is up to the credit card company as to when they release the hold which is typically 5 -10 business days
