Hello i had reservations with you guys may 7-11. Unfortunatelyi had to leave on the 8th. I was told by a staff member that I not be charged for the last 2 nights. Expedia has contacted me and said you guys have gone back on that and are charging me for all 4 nights. Why?

A nightly resort fee of $54.95 plus tax will be due upon check-in, which includes high-speed Wi-Fi for two devices per room, local calls, and fitness center access for two daily. An incidental deposit of $50 per night is also required at check-in. Please note that self-parking is available at an additional charge. Since your brother isn't listed in the booking, I recommend contacting Expedia to add him to the reservation or to inquire about their policies regarding early check-in for additional guests. We'll be happy to assist once the details are updated.

Since you booked through Expedia, your confirmation number won't automatically connect in the Caesars Rewards app. Our Front Desk team will be happy to link your reservation to your Caesars Rewards account when you check in. Please note that stays booked through a third party do not qualify for Caesars Rewards points however.
