To add a name, send the full name exactly as it appears on the guest's photo ID at least 24 hours prior to arrival. The guest checking in needs a credit card matching their photo ID for resort fees and incidentals.
The front desk is available 24 hours and will assist with any issues. They may need to contact the company through which the reservation was booked.
Yes. You can retrieve your reservation and check in online via the Caesars check-in link, which works on your day of arrival after 4:00 AM local time. The Caesars Rewards app will not work with third-party booking numbers, but the online link will; the front desk can also associate your Caesars Rewards account at check-in. Note that stays booked through a third party do not earn Caesars Rewards points.
