Justo acabo de llamarle a la Sra Dolores Gutierrez , eso que me estan explicando es mentira porque a ella le hicieron el cargo por la cantidad de $186.90 usd (3,271.27 pesos) Si fuera como me explican ,a ella no le hubieran hecho ningun cargo Es la primera vez que me hospedo con ustedes y hubo demasiados inconvenientes. primero me hicieron el cargo doble, ya lo arregle con mi banco y luego no cumplen con el reembolso del deposito, y ahora me dicen otra cosa que no tiene sentido. Cobraron 3 veces el Resort fee y es un robo Tengo foto del cargo que se hizo a la tarjeta Visa con terminacion 2569 que es la de Dolores Gutierrez Necesito resolver esto ya, como les comento es mucho tiempo y no me resuelven nada, o mejor digan desde un principio que no reembolsan lo del deposito por noche y ya hubiera decidido si me hospedo o no con ustedes

¿Sigue viendo dos cargos de Paris Las Vegas? Al llegar, realizamos una retención de fondos para cubrir las tasas del complejo y el depósito. Posteriormente, al realizar la salida, se libera dicha retención y se efectúa el cargo definitivo por las tasas del complejo y cualquier gasto adicional. No verá un reembolso como tal; simplemente habrá un único cargo final por parte del hotel.

de hecho si me hicieron el cargo doble del resort fee y el deposito de $150 usd , pero hable a mi banco y me reembolsaron ese caergo doble. lo del reembolso ya lo revise y no se me regreso el dinero tambien hable a mi banco y me dicen que no tengo ningun reembolso del hotel

Hold is released by the hotel immediately at time of check-out. It is up to the credit card company as to when they release the hold which is typically 5 -10 business days. Please note you will not see a refund of +$150, however the authorization hold placed at check-in was released at check-out and there should only be one charge for your resort fees and any incidental charges. Are you still showing two charges from Paris Las Vegas?
