Justo acabo de llamarle a la Sra Dolores Gutierrez , eso que me estan explicando es mentira porque a ella le hicieron el cargo por la cantidad de $186.90 usd (3,271.27 pesos) Si fuera como me explican ,a ella no le hubieran hecho ningun cargo Es la primera vez que me hospedo con ustedes y hubo demasiados inconvenientes. primero me hicieron el cargo doble, ya lo arregle con mi banco y luego no cumplen con el reembolso del deposito, y ahora me dicen otra cosa que no tiene sentido. Cobraron 3 veces el Resort fee y es un robo Tengo foto del cargo que se hizo a la tarjeta Visa con terminacion 2569 que es la de Dolores Gutierrez Necesito resolver esto ya, como les comento es mucho tiempo y no me resuelven nada, o mejor digan desde un principio que no reembolsan lo del deposito por noche y ya hubiera decidido si me hospedo o no con ustedes
