I checked out thurs morning at 11am..I asked a lady that was at the front desk if I had to checkout in person ..she there is no need .so I didn't.. but didn't think it would take 3 days to get an invoice emailed..you did take a $500 deposit on my RBC CREditCARD when I checked in which included the resort fee and room deposit..just wsntbto make sure on my final bill that the deposit was refunded ti my Cc
