April 27th - I spoke to registration several times regarding the wet floors in the hallway. We were put in room 2852, and the floors were flooded the entire stay, wet. slippery wreaked of mold and safety hazard. My wife twisted her ankle. Not to mention that the fan is on all the time...annoying for renters. Have not heard anything from registration. This is not satisfactory for a couple celebrating their anniversary let alone any other booking. Your lack of attention to this is concerning. I know sometimes customers can be hard to deal with but in this case the hotel is in the wrong and has done nothing to rectify the situation.
