    there's nothing pending, tha $112 which the lady at reception told me was a deposit has not come back into my account, I paid the tax the next day at check out which was around $62

    You also will not see a refund, however, the authorization charge from check-in is released, however, the deposit is applied to any incidentals or your room charges, which could be your resort fees. This means your final charge will be less than they authorization charge. Are you still showing two pending changes on your account?

    perfect, thank you for clarifying, I was getting confused as I read online it was only a £50 deposit, so thought the deposit and resort fees were taken at the same time. how long does it take for the deposit to be refunded? thank you
