    They called and left a voicemail saying to file a report with security. We already did and have the report that was filed on June 4th. So I don’t see how the manager of the property isn’t aware of this. As she called telling me to do something I’ve already done. How is this customer service? My wife gets injured nothing done to make it right then the manager of the property not knowing what goes on on the same property she manages or the security report would have already been given to her. This needs to be made right.

    I left a review. It was anything but enjoyable. My wife was injured by negligence maintenance side. The shower head shot off and hit her in the head. Which is now causing blurred vision and migraines and we weren’t even able to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Which we will never get to do again now and it ruined our anniversary not to mention what it caused her. We used the last chance we had and financial ability to hopefully celebrate once in a lifetime 10 year anniversary and it was taken from us. I don’t think I will ever stay there again. What’s worse is she deserved this and it was taken from her and myself.

    Since you booked through Hotels.com, your confirmation number won’t automatically connect in the Caesars Rewards app. Our Front Desk team will be happy to link your reservation to your Caesars Rewards account when you check in.
