Hello i had reservations with you guys may 7-11. Unfortunatelyi had to leave on the 8th. I was told by a staff member that I not be charged for the last 2 nights. Expedia has contacted me and said you guys have gone back on that and are charging me for all 4 nights. Why?

You can leave your luggage with our bell desk. We do not have shuttle service at the hotel. However, there are taxis and limos available at a fee. Kind regards, Paris Front Desk
