We have heard back from our team, after it was escalated to the GM at the pool: I reviewed checks from 5/27 - 5/30 and did not see one with that amount. One thing is that banks put a hold on credit card purchases at the pools and it usually goes away when the initial charge is cleared. Can I have more information so that I can research this further? Date attended - Name on card - type of card - last 4 digits. Thank you.
