Bom dia! Fomos à recepção (front desk) 3 vezes para solicitar ajuda. Duas pessoas da equipe de segurança estiveram no apartamento para verificar a situação, mas o problema não foi resolvido. Informamos a recepção que além do cofre, que não fechava, a torneira da banheira estava vazando. Não houve nenhuma preocupação em tentar resolver os problemas em nossa acomodação.
