    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

    Services & Amenities

Where is Paris Las Vegas located?

Paris Las Vegas is located at 3655 Las Vegas Blvd South, in the center of the Las Vegas Strip, directly across from the Bellagio Fountains.

What is the best way to get to the hotel?

From Harry Reid International Airport, use rideshare, a shuttle, or a taxi. If driving, take the Flamingo East exit from I-15 and turn right onto Las Vegas Blvd.

Does Paris Las Vegas offer airport shuttle service?

No. The property does not offer shuttle service to the airport or around town. Guests may arrange third-party shuttles, taxis, or rideshare.

Does Paris Las Vegas offer parking?

Yes. Both self-parking and valet parking are available.

    How much does parking cost?

Valet is approximately $40 per day and self-parking is approximately $25 per day.

Can I store luggage before check-in or after checkout?

Yes. Complimentary luggage storage is offered on the front drive before check-in, and the bell desk can hold luggage after checkout. Overnight storage is not available.

What do I need to bring for check-in?

A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card. Your confirmation number is also helpful.

How do I check in if someone else booked the reservation?

The reservation must be in your name to check in. As long as your name is on the reservation, you will be allowed to check in. To add a name, send the full name exactly as it appears on the guest's photo ID at least 24 hours prior to arrival. The guest checking in needs a credit card matching their photo ID for resort fees and incidentals.

Who should I contact if I have trouble checking in?

The front desk is available 24 hours and will assist with any issues. They may need to contact the company through which the reservation was booked.

Can I use mobile or contactless check-in?

Yes. You can retrieve your reservation and check in online via the Caesars check-in link, which works on your day of arrival after 4:00 AM local time. The Caesars Rewards app will not work with third-party booking numbers, but the online link will; the front desk can also associate your Caesars Rewards account at check-in. Note that stays booked through a third party do not earn Caesars Rewards points.

    How do I check out?

You can check out via Laurel, on the in-room TV, by calling Guest Services, using the lobby kiosk, or by stopping by the front desk.

Can I check out without visiting the front desk?

    Yes.

How do I receive a folio or receipt?

Your invoice will be emailed to you automatically after checkout. If you have not received your invoice, please check your spam or junk folders. If you still cannot find it, please visit https://www.caesars.com/help-and-support/hotel-folio-request.

What is the Wi-Fi network and login?

From the guest room, connect to the "Caesars_Resorts" network. The username is the guest's last name and the password is the room number. If the room number contains a "P," include it as a capital "P" (for example, 1173P).

How do I contact the front desk from my room?

Use the Guest Services button on the in-room phone.

How do I request extra towels or toiletries?

Text Laurel or call Guest Services.

    Is daily housekeeping included?

    Yes.

Can I request housekeeping at a specific time?

No. Timed housekeeping service is not offered.

How do I adjust the room temperature?

Use the digital thermostat mounted on the wall in the guest room.

What should I do if the TV is not working?

Text Laurel or call Guest Services to have a technician dispatched.

Can I switch rooms if there is an issue?

Yes. The front desk can assist depending on the issue and may room-change if necessary and available.

Can maintenance be sent to my room immediately?
