Services & Amenities

Is parking free at Rio?

Yes! Self-parking is complimentary and located directly on site. There is also free RV, bus, and truck parking for registered hotel guests. Oversized parking is available on Twain & Polaris, north of the resort. Guests will need to inform a front desk agent for oversized vehicle parking.

Can I rent a scooter or wheelchair at Rio?

Yes! Scooters and wheelchairs are available to rent for a fee. Guests can visit the Bell Desk between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM to arrange a rental, or reserve one in advance online here.

Are there wheelchair accessible rooms at Rio?

Yes. Wheelchair-accessible rooms and resort features are available, subject to availability.

Does Rio offer laundry services?

Yes. Laundry services are available from the Bell Desk upon request for a small additional fee.

Press Only, Dry Clean & Press are available for both men's and women's garments. Pick up by 8:00 AM and returned same-day.

6-Hour Express Service is available – garments must be picked up by 11:00 AM and a $75 surcharge applies.

What are Rio's Bell Desk hours?

Rio Bell Desk Hours are as follows:

Saturday – Wednesday from 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM

Thursday and Friday from 8:00 AM – 2:00 AM.

Do you have a fitness center?

Yes! The fitness center is located at the Pool Entrance and is open daily from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Do you have a business center?

We have a full-service Business Center offering basic printing, copying and scanning, inbound and outbound package handling, and package storage services. Located next to the Rio Convention Center, open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Is there Wi-Fi access?

Yes, high-speed internet access is available throughout the resort and is included in the resort fee.

Do you offer a shuttle from the airport or to the Las Vegas Strip?

Rio does not offer a hotel shuttle from the airport or to the Las Vegas Strip. Rideshare and taxi options are readily available.

The pick-up location for rideshare is located next to the Rio hotel main entrance, near the valet pick-up area.

Do you have a Lost & Found?

Do I need a room key to access the pool?

Yes. Hotel guests must scan their room key for pool access.

Is the Rio pool open to the public?

In season, Rio's pool, also known as Ipanema Pool, is open to hotel guests and Azul-level and above Rio Rewards members. All Rio Rewards cardholders are welcome Monday through Thursday.*

What type of amenities are included in the hotel room?

All of our suites offer an in-room safe, empty mini refrigerator (no mini-bar stocked items), hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Is there a coffee maker in the room?

Although there is not a coffee maker in the room, there is a Starbucks conveniently located on the Casino level near the Ipanema Tower hotel elevators.

May I request rooms close together?

Connecting and adjoining rooms are available based on availability at check-in. Let your front desk agent know at arrival.

Can I book a Strip view room?

Strip view rooms may be requested but are based on availability at check-in. Guaranteed views require an upgraded booking.

Where is the best view of the Las Vegas Strip from Rio?

The view from Rio's oversized hotel rooms is well worth the upgrade to a high-floor, strip-view room or suite. Non-hotel guests say the view from High Steaks Vegas and VooDoo Lounge is breathtaking and unforgettable.
