Hello, Thank you for your help! I think my boyfriend made a mistake when he did a self check in at the kiosk, we didnt use that parking because we paid for it separately when get the car out. And we only parked for a few hours on our first day and we did not park overnight or again at all. We have transaction for it on our bank. Hence, how can I get the refund for it? Please let me know.
