I called and cancelled the second reservation and credit issued by Expedia fir I think $46 fee. Christine cannot join us as in Europe last minute trip. mccorkindale are coming alone for one shared room. we love the new refurbished tower as room was gorgeous last time and huge.

Hi there! Thank you for checking in i appreciate it! The stay has been great so far, the room is great and clean, bed is comfy. The only thing that is surprising is that there are no water bottles supplied. It would be great to have water bottles daily as it is super hot outside. We are in room 1265 and would love if that would be possible, it would make our stay so much better!! Thank you again.

Get rid of the AI Rio Rita and provide option to speak to live person at front desk. I was put on hold for a live agent for over 30 minutes before giving up. Softer mattresses would be a plus as would cleaner rooms.
