Would it be possible instead to request rooms that are assigned near one another? We feel that having rooms in close proximity would make it much easier for our group to coordinate and spend time together, even if the rooms are not directly adjoining. Our main concern is avoiding being placed in different areas of the hotel or on separate floors. We would greatly appreciate anything you can do to accommodate this request.
